"HOLDS"
In
some cases, I will allow a guitar to be put on hold. However, a down payment
will be required. When a down payment is made, the buyer has 60 days to pay
in full. If a hold is canceled within 30 days of the down payment being made,
the down payment will become store credit. If a hold is canceled after
30 days of the down payment being made, the buyer forfeits 50% of the down
payment and the other 50% becomes store credit. If 60 days pass and the full
amount had not been paid, the entire down payment is forfeited. No refunds.
